N-TEC×TOP FUEL Torsion Beam Pillow (ZC33S)

A pillow ball for torsion beams, jointly developed with N-TEC!

The ZC33S torsion beam with a rubber bush like this is genuine.
This is very difficult to move and interferes with the movement of the suspension.
The stretched rubber bush restricts the movement of the legs, making it difficult to set the spring rate and damping force.
By making it a pillow, the tension of the rubber bush disappears, so the spring rate can be increased compared to before the replacement.
In addition, since the torsion beam moves well due to the lack of tension, it becomes easier to secure the suspension stroke.
In the test during development, we were able to secure a 15mm rebound stroke! (It changes depending on the suspension, so it's just a reference)

* By making it a pillow ball, vibrations and impacts can be easily transmitted to the body.
