K1 Laboratory Flow improvement port polishing F20C / F22C

The flow improvement port, which was set only as an option of the K1 Lab complete engine, has been set so that it can be used with the head alone.

The intake ports of F20C and F22C mounted on S2000 are very well made, and it is famous for reducing the air flow rate and causing power down when properly scraped.

At K1 Lab, we can provide port polishing with 100% power increase by quantifying the invisible flow rate by the experience of building more than 300 F type engines and the flow rate measurement using the flow bench.

Those who want to get an engine that is more powerful than people even if they use the same parts! Please consider it. An average 7% increase in intake flow rate can be expected.

Although the flow rate is not equal to horsepower, it is expected that the output will be improved by about 7 horsepower for the F20C and about 10 horsepower for the F22C.

The exhaust is polished so that the flow rate ratio of the intake with the optimum flow rate ratio is about 80 to 87%.

Valve seat cuts are also included in port polishing, but do not include 30 degree, 45 degree and 60 degree surfaces.
