In order to operate a moving and functioning part accurately, it is ideal not to move the supporting part ... We, AutoExe, have long insisted that body reinforcement is the starting point of tuning. The same is true for the braking system. For sports-oriented drivers who enjoy driving, there is much room for improvement in "effectiveness" by suppressing slight distortion of each operating part that is allowed in mass-produced vehicles. Among them, we focused on the rigidity of the unit from the brake pedal to the master cylinder, which converts the pedal effort into hydraulic pressure and transmits it to the pad. A part of the pedaling force that should be converted to hydraulic pressure escapes to the bulkhead (the partition wall between the engine room and the cabin) where the unit is mounted and the slight distortion of the unit itself, and it appears as a delay in effectiveness ( See figure). Of course, it is a level that can be completely ignored for normal driving, but it is a tuning point that cannot be overlooked in the realization of the "deceleration at will" that we aim for.
