BLITZ SBC TypeS PLUS Boost Controller

A newly developed VA method is used for the liquid crystal display. Achieves high contrast and high viewing angle, greatly improving visibility. Continued adoption of 7 segments and bar graph display with high visibility of the conventional model. Flexible mounting is possible with a 3-piece structure consisting of a controller with a thinnest thickness of 12 mm, a main unit, and a high-performance compact solenoid valve.

Manual control uses four control channels, "LOW" and "HIGH", "M-1" and "M-2" respectively. The control duty value, GAIN value, and P-GAIN value can be set for each channel. You can achieve comfortable driving by selecting the channel according to the driving scene.

Equipped with a new control algorithm like the conventional model, it suppresses the stability of boost pressure and the sagging of boost pressure. Supports a wide range of boost pressure control from normal vehicles up to 3.00 x 100 kPa (43.5PSI).

Equipped with real-time boost display, after-peak, peak hold, warning, limiter, and scramble boost functions.

Compact body
Like the conventional product, it has a compact body design that realizes the smallest controller size in the history of the "SBC" series. The three-piece structure of the controller, CPU unit, and solenoid valve supports a variety of mounting positions. The controller section uses a luxurious matte black body color and a newly developed VA liquid crystal display. A combination of 7 segments and a bar graph can be displayed, and a simple operation with 3 buttons is possible.

Boost controller function
Uses the boost pressure control algorithm, which has a proven track record in conventional products. In combination with a single solenoid valve that also supports high flow rates, boost control that boasts high stability is realized. It quickly rises to the target boost pressure, reduces overshoot, and suppresses boost drop (sauce). On the display side, it supports display up to 3.00 kPa (43.5PSI), so it supports a wide range of vehicles from boost-up of normal cars to high-boost cars. The duty value (value that determines the maximum boost pressure) can be set for each of the four channels, "M-1" and "M-2" for "Low" and "High" respectively. The GAIN value (the value that determines the rise of the boost) can also be set for each channel, so you can control the boost to your liking. Furthermore, by setting the P-GAIN value, it is possible to automatically read the point where the boost pressure has passed the peak and control the boost pressure to stabilize. Of course, in addition to the familiar real-time boost meter display, the peak hold function, warning function, boost limiter function, and scramble boost function are installed as standard.
