REIMAX REBUILD THROTTLE SET

A spacer is installed to prevent the drop-off of the lip seal, which is the weak point of the genuine product, so it is possible to prevent air leakage problems at boost up.
Since the valve (butterfly) diameter has not been changed, it is also suitable for refreshment of normal vehicles.
[Rebuild contents]
・Replacement of consumables such as bearings, lip seals, return springs and return spring collars.
・Parts to be reused are beautiful finish equivalent to new one by blasting and re-plating.
・Molybdenum coat is reapplied around the valve to keep the air leak amount at full close properly and provide stable idling.
※ It is necessary to return the core.
※ Connecting accelerator rod and throttle shaft (linkage) are not included.
