If you have purchased the expensive Chyakuriki DAMPER and are thinking of adding a helper spring later. That may be a mistake !!
Since the Chyakuriki DAMPER is a harmonic drive that can be lowered, it may have an ultra-short stroke specification.
If you add a helper to that specification, bottoming out will occur.
326POWER's Chyakuriki DAMPER Buchigiri is designed exclusively for helpers.
(1) Long stroke + dedicated damping shock
(2) Change the length of the main spring
③ Change of lower bracket
④ Selection for each component Super advisor Mitsuru Haruguchi will propose the recommended specifications from the beginning for the dimensions and damping force characteristics of all parts if you can tell us the specifications and applications.
There is no doubt that it will match your style.
■ Chyakuriki DAMPER Buchigiri
When assembling the helper spring, optimize the dimensions of all parts such as the main spring, shock absorber, bracket, and collar.
Therefore, not all parts are the same even if the number of Ks (specifications) is the same.
A fully custom-made harmonic drive that suits the customer's application is assembled one by one.
■ Slide-adjustable pillow upper mount is standard equipment.
Although it is an indispensable camber adjustment for tire wheel setting, the product is equipped with a stepless pillow upper mount that can be finely adjusted as standard equipment.
■ Camber adjustment is possible steplessly on the front lower bracket side with the upper and lower 4-step camber adjustment plates.
■ Chyakuriki DAMPER The best feature of Buchigiri is the helper spring and the special shock.
There is little feeling of ground contact on the inside side during cornering! If a helper spring is included when it becomes, the stroke on the extension side will increase, so there will be no in-lift, and the effect of gaining traction there is.
