The camshaft for the B6 has been completely renewed, starting from the raw material (mold).
The previous (old model) product was a reprocessed genuine camshaft, which helped keep costs down, but it required trade-ins and had limited flexibility in terms of design, such as the base circle.
This new type has been designed to match the base circle of the NB6, and has a profile that is common to both the NA6 and NB6.
