■The throttle body itself is newly made from cast aluminum and has been subjected to T6 heat treatment for hardness.

■Throttle valve diameter (inner diameter) Φ72 (　The inner diameter of the N15 Pulsar throttle is Φ70)

■Hose diameter Φ80 (same diameter as N15 Pulsar. Silvia throttle is Φ70)
■The mounting bolt pitch to the surge tank is 67x67mm. It is the same as the N15 Pulsar throttle.

■Throttle shaft diameter has been increased from Φ12 to prevent breakage. (N15 Pulsar and Silvia series throttle shaft diameter is Φ10)
■The throttle valve is made of a hard copper-containing metal (N15 Pulsar is made of brass).

■The throttle shaft is made of carbon steel and has been given an appropriate surface treatment to prevent rust and scuffing.

■The bolts that secure the throttle valve are also tightened with high torque using SCM bolts, and measures have also been taken to prevent them from loosening.

■The position of the stopper, which is important for the throttle when fully open, is also positioned so that it stops reliably in the direction of the wire's pulling force. This prevents unnecessary "twisting force" or "bending force" from being applied to the throttle shaft.
