AE111 4AG 82.5φ and 83φ have been added to the 20 valve piston lineup. A high-response specification that uses lightweight machining based on high-strength forged material and combines a low-friction ring and lightweight piston pin. The bridge shape of the pin boss ensures the rigidity to withstand the load at high rotations, and the compression ratio can be set to 11.2 to 12.3:1 by selecting the gasket thickness and slightly grinding the head surface. Even when using 288 degree or 304 degree class cams, the valve recess has been calculated so that it can be assembled without compromising the valve timing.
