Reinforcement plate (stress plate): Material SPHC or equivalent, plate thickness t=3.0mm or more, size (effective area) 40cm2 or more
Washer: Plate thickness 1.5mm or more, effective area 25cm2 or more, distance from the edge of the washer to the center of the bolt hole 12mm or more, bolt hole diameter JIS B1001 grade 2 or more, the washer corner should be round with a radius of 6mm or more or chamfered with a radius of 6mm or more implementation
