I put a urethane cushion on the genuine console cover and put synthetic leather on it. It is less likely to retain heat than the genuine product, and by inserting the cushion, it feels great when you put your elbow on it. Unlike general covers, it is a finished product using genuine parts, so there is no need to cover it or process genuine products. It's as easy as removing the console and replacing it. (Installation instructions are included. In addition, the key hole type requires replacement of the key.) This is a product with a luxurious feel and appearance that is different from a cover.
