Features
The rotor is enlarged, and the discharge amount is further increased compared to the current product.
Relief hydraulic pressure can be changed without removing the oil pan. (It is necessary to remove the alternator.)
In addition, the setting state can be easily confirmed visually because of the outer shim adjustment type.
Compared to the genuine product, the drive rotor contact part is thicker and the contact surface shape is optimized.
By improving the material grade and wall thickness, we have secured a rotor strength improvement that is more than double the genuine product as a countermeasure against cracking at high rotation.
Compared to conventional products, the newly designed case shape has reduced passage resistance after pressurization and increased rotor holding strength.
We have also added relief processed products for installing the crank angle sensor conversion kit.
