Valve springs for high revs

The ability of the valve spring to move the valve faithfully to the cam profile is critical.

1. Correspondence to high rotation
As the engine revs higher, the valve opening and closing times become shorter and the load required on the valve springs increases.
2. Ensuring close contact
If you replace with a high lift cam, the genuine valve spring may not have sufficient contact margin. HKS valve springs use the best materials, heat treatment, and shot peening to achieve both "improved durability" and "reduced inertia weight".
