GRID Coil Benchmark

The performance of ignition coils (ignition coils) has so far been selected based solely on feeling and reputation.
In the coil benchmark, the built-in microcomputer automatically performs various tests on the ignition coil and expresses the performance of the ignition coil (dwell time, current, coil power TM) numerically.
　Because it has a built-in igniter, it can handle "testing of a single coil" with a separate power transistor and recent "testing of a coil with a built-in igniter" with a single unit.
　Individual differences in ignition coils are large, which is one of the causes of engine hits and misses, but it enables selection of excellent coils even from the same part number.
　By selecting a coil that matches the engine and setting the dwell time, you can safely and significantly increase power. In addition, it is also possible to judge the deterioration and failure of the ignition coil due to heat and aging.
　Coil Benchmark was developed with the aim of making it easier for ignition coil manufacturers to perform tests that use multiple measuring instruments with a single machine.
