Blow-by gas from the combustion chamber is mixed with engine oil and returned to the intake process, but under normal conditions, oil may accumulate in the intercooler, and the air intake system such as suction in the middle will be contaminated with oil due to blowback. Such harm may occur. FLATWELL's Oil Separator reduces the amount of oil returned to afterburn by separating the oil from the blow-by gases that are returned to the intake stroke from the cylinder head.
At the same time, the oil separated in the oil separator is returned to the oil pan again, so the engine oil consumption is reduced and the combustion is clean.
