SPOON K20A COMPLETE ENGINE

When the overhaul process isn't possible due to a blown or overrun engine, or even if you're looking for an engine for tuning purposes, this is for you. Spoon has started selling the engine completely assembled using genuine Honda parts (new). The head gasket uses a spoon-made, 2-piece beam welding type head gasket, which has a higher compression ratio than mass-produced engines. The piston uses STD sizes, and the static balance (total weight of piston, connecting rod, and pin) is mass-produced, for example. At our company, the weight tolerance is 0.02g, and the skilled mechanics are assembling the engines, one by one with the accuracy far exceeding mass produced motors.
